Review on voofly by Richard Carroll

I was dissatisfied with Voofly's shipping options as a client. My order took a lot longer to arrive than I was told it would, and their customer support was of no help to me in getting this resolved. Another thing that caught me off guard was a hidden import charge that was added to my bill after I had already paid for everything else. The website's design and content were both frustrating for those who did not know the language used on the site. To better serve their international clientele, Voofly needs to revamp their shipping and customer support practices generally.
