It moves air (but not as well as my old fan), oscillates and is fairly quiet, but I don't expect it to last long.
First of all it didn't help that it took me 38 days for delivery. 38 days. is it true? This is a fan. Just a fan. Cheap plastic fan. It's smaller than my current 12" fan, which means the truth has taken a backseat to advertising. It moves air (but not as well as my old fan), vibrates and is pretty quiet, don't expect it to last at all. I've had some of my current 12" fans for 30 years. That definitely doesn't happen with this fan.
