The sound quality is actually very good and the battery life is also impressive. I use them almost every time I go outside, I don't use them for exercise because they have a nasty habit of falling out of my ears when I'm too active. But it could also be because I have crooked ears. A good thing. I can recommend it. As of June 2021, the left earbud stopped working. I can't listen to music with one ear but I can enjoy audiobooks and this thing has lasted far longer than any of my other headphones.
