Bought 2 pairs of these, one for each of my sisters, as Christmas gifts 2017. Went in less than a year (under Dublin guarantee). a set of boots coming apart at the seams. Dublin was contacted immediately. After a little "walking around" they APPEARED to be helpful. A few emails to Dublin and a try with One Stop Equestrian (distributor who just said "that's a shame"), it's 3 MONTHS later and we have radio silence. So disappointed to be spending this kind of money on boots the seams open up with an unlimited guarantee and after so many emails we are STILL trying to fix this issue here. The boots are usually great BUT for the customer service they are no longer worth the money. Bought 2 pairs, 1 junk, no permit. 1 star
