The ease of use! It's intuitive, so I was able get up-and running quickly without any training or support required from anyone at all - just me myself with my computer skills (which are not great). We were printing business cards as well; it worked perfectly but we did have some issues when trying other types of jobs such as labels that had images in them because they didn't like those fonts very much compared to their own font/font size options available within this program too. I am still using the product today though now our customers can order online through an app instead which has been more convenient than having people come into stores etc to pick stuff off shelves themselves if you will :).
