Review on 🏍️ Dowco Rally Pack 50108-00 Motorcycle Tank Bag: Water-Resistant, Magnetic Mount with Window by Daniel Beaver

I have had this bag for a few months now and it has been on my bike for around 2000 miles so I may need to renew it if I use it. This is a very simple bag. It has a large main compartment, a map pocket and a small zipped outer pocket, ideal for changing coins at the tollbooth. The magnets on this bag are very strong. I was very surprised at how firmly it holds the bag on the tank, despite regularly overloading it with more than the recommended weight. There's also a strap that goes around your triple clamp (or whatever you can find in front of your tank to attach to). I use this strap for reassurance but don't need it at all. Just note that the magnets are under the middle of the bag, not just on the "legs". So keep that in mind when storing credit cards or electronic devices that could be affected by the magnets. I keep my wallet in my tank bag, but I make sure it sits on top of all the junk in my pocket so it doesn't come into contact with the magnets. So for me it really wasn't a problem. However, it is worth noting. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the fabric has started to fray around the inside of the zipper. Because of this, lightning bolts sometimes dangled from threads. I brought a lighter to these threads and that completely solved the problem. However, the edges should not have left the factory like this. I don't expect this to be a problem in the future. It doesn't really matter much, but it keeps me from giving the bag five stars. There are many tank bags that are higher quality and have more features. However, for the money this is the best option in my opinion. Would definitely recommend to someone on a budget and would buy again myself.
