I'm in love with her. The problem I noticed was that I used maybe 4-6 cotton swabs in the morning and evening. I found it very wasteful so I'm glad I found them. I use one in the morning and one in the evening to cleanse my face. It's the size of my palm and very soft. Cleaning is pretty easy. I just tie a bag and throw it in my underwear every week. I don't use makeup every day, but for those who do I wouldn't recommend it as a makeup remover. It is best to remove make-up thoroughly with a double cleansing and then dry your skin with it. It's been a few months and I don't think I'll be replacing them for a while which will save me money.
