I am a dental hygienist and was looking for a protective shield for illuminated q-optic loupes. I have ordered several brands from my dentist. This one came first and I absolutely hated it. I found it big, clunky and didn't feel good, couldn't get the lights to work under the screen, hated it in general. THEN I got 1 stamp from my dentist and the Life Shield became my new favorite. Yes, it's hot with all the personal protective equipment. However, the scope is broad, which I like, especially since we work in the environment in which we work. Ear to ear coverage and gap between chin and chest. I kind of got it on my head and it's not going anywhere. Also, I was able to change it to accommodate my light installed outside. I'm sure this will minimize exposure to aerosols.
