Smaller neck roll received. It's also great for travel; fits perfectly in hand luggage. Just put it under your hotel pillow and enjoy a good night's sleep with a well-supported neck. It's softer than other types of tempurpedica, but the perfect softness for me. I find other brands too rigid.
