When I first tried the 3 ounce bottle I was ready to write a scathing review because, as many have said, THE BOTTLE LEAKED. I was so upset because I really wanted to like this product. I decided to give the bottle a second try because it had so many other great reviews. When I unscrewed the lid, I found to my surprise that part of the silicone jar had bent, causing the leak. Totally my fault, not a product defect. So I refilled my products and carefully closed the lid. NO LEAK this time. There were no wrinkles on the silicone creating a very effective seal to keep all product inside the bottle. I fill up two more bottles of shampoo and conditioner to take with me when I travel. None of the bottles leaked and I am very happy with this purchase. A little tip to make sure the bottles are sealed properly: once you close the cap, gently squeeze the bottle, if you hear air escaping or the bottle is deflated, there is a leak. Make sure the silicone lip is not bent when closing. Good Trip!
