Inaccurate thermometers

Product not accurate. The error is 2-3 degrees. Now I want to send it back and you know what, I don't get a return label. Received return instructions but no label. Very disappointed. No objection, return label not possible, now what? I'm really fed up with Chinese junk that doesn't work and now I can't even get my money back.
