Reliable charger. 2 in 1. Simple design and light bar to indicate charging. Some complain that they've been trying to find the right place to make it work and it was a learning curve at first, but nothing that a sane person can figure out. It even has braille markings to indicate where the coils are for those who need tactile feedback. and then there are those who have trouble finding the right place and blame the product for poor design because their partner in the bedroom is dissatisfied, can't figure out how to properly insert a round block into a round hole because he cannot learn/adapt/change it for the better. I have a Qi charging headset and mouse to complete the matching set and the output utility takes full advantage and eliminates any cables that strain my eyes. My only issue with the charger is that if charged for too long it will charge the phone/headset/mouse a little warm and hopefully won't affect it negatively. I try to watch how long it stays on the charger to avoid overheating and stick to the 80% battery rule.
