The team is extremely professional, knowledgeable about their product which makes them easy to work along side as well has able to help solve any problems I've had during my implementation process without hesitation or complaint from me! They are very responsive when it comes time for questions that arise after being presented new business processes/requirements by our organization's stakeholders (customers). There was nothing significant enough at this point where we could not be satisfied working alongside such professionals who have extensive experience within an industry like ours - so there really isn't anything worth mentioning here yet if you're looking into implementing some sort of ERP system similar to what they currently do internally via Salesforce CRM platform; however since all parties involved were happy overall throughout each step towards completion then everything went smoothly & painlessly :).
