We bought this for our 7 year old. It was easy enough to put together and he enjoys riding it. However, the bracket is broken at the bottom where you fold/unfold the pole. We contacted the seller as we felt this made the scooter unsafe and to access the warranty as it was less than 2 months old. They wanted to provide us with a new mount and we agreed to try it. A few weeks later (as opposed to our scooter purchase which only lasted 2 days) we received the top brace; not the one that was broken. We contacted the seller again and he asked us to confirm the part (showed us a photo of the bracket on the scooter); what we did A few more weeks went by and we got the same "wrong" braces as before. When you're making a purchasing decision based on durability, safety, and warranty, it's a tough road to take. Update: They contacted me after verification and wanted to verify my address so they could send a replacement scooter. . Arrived in two days, brand new. I feel like they did the right thing and maybe it will be easier for the next person to navigate the warranty process. if there is a need again. Thanks Banna
