Okay I'm going to tell the truth and give personal information that a woman isn't usually comfortable talking about, let alone making a public review. But I am so impressed with this product and the end results that I just have to share my experience so others can benefit. I'm Italian and I've always had a problem with hair above my upper lip. so much, but it was there nonetheless. I've always used hair removers with face cream, but they always leave hair behind, especially very fine hair. Often these creams would burn the skin and leave a red mark. This tool is amazing. It completely removed all of my unwanted hair, even the finest. In just a few minutes "Oops" my skin is COMPLETELY hair free and smooth. I am new to this method and got used to it easily. It's a little uncomfortable for me, but it works so quickly and covers a good area that it doesn't last. I no longer have to deal with dirty chemicals, time constraints and poor end results. My only regret is that I didn't find out about the existence of this method sooner. This is the best beauty tool I own. It is made of high quality stainless steel and comes with a storage box. Highly recommended!
