Review on Enhance Your Equestrian Performance with Kerrits Griptek II Full Seat Breech by Kyle Mason

Confusing fit confusing design mismatched sizing

So I know what to say about how nobody ever writes a review but I just had to do it once is a cliche. because the product was so awful but for me I never write reviews and I can count on one hand the number of times I've returned an item. These pants made me so angry. I think I'm angry enough to write an essay. I'm not new to the Kerrits brand and actually owned two pairs of Gripteks (when they were loose) prior to this redesign. These trousers were driven into the ground in such a way that they were literally torn in the crotch and buttocks. Two stars are awarded as the best Griptek material on the market. You will NOT fall for these things unless you do something really weird. The security is absolutely insane. That's why I wanted to love her. Disclaimer: They may work for your body as we are all different but I found the incision just awful, confusing and not well thought out at all. I'm tall (5'10") with extremely well defined legs and huge quads. I first tried the new version at a large gear store. That does not work. Huge gaping waists to the point where I could pull them wide like in some stupid weight loss ad, and even if left alone they hung down my ass in a most unattractive way. Arrived well but felt stiff and a bit loose. They didn't have a carrier that day so I figured downsizing would solve my problem and bought online. nope Disgusting. They barely reached my feet, which made a huge difference even going down a size. They got up, but my legs appeared to be wrapped in tight cellophane. Just very hard and impracticable. Not only that, the waist was almost indistinguishable from the larger size I tried. Still a lot of gaping holes (a strap won't fix it, too much stuff) and I can still get them out with minimal effort. And yet somehow in the middle of my crotch it felt like it was about to rub, like a nightmare. If anyone reading knows anything about the 'Inverness problem' they will understand that disaster was about to happen. To recap, these pants choked my legs and went through a painful seam in the middle of my crotch that produced the worst camel ever. a finger I've never seen on myself or anywhere else, and at the same time comically oversized at the waist. Looks like Kerrits didn't even think they made riding gear. Why would someone who rides want a stab like this to choke their privates? Why does size need to be so dramatic between size changes? And why not consider more leg room and less waist as riders tend to be muscular in these areas. Since these pants appear to be designed for competitors, this seems like a huge oversight. This Griptek material deserves more than these pants.
