Difficult to use for phone. Connector difficult to align. This requires two hands and cannot be done while lying in bed. But well, I've decided to live with it because I like clean design. Then it stopped charging after a few months of use. There is no way to return the item as it is overdue. I expect more from an overpriced Belkin product. It's a poorly designed piece of junk.
