Works perfectly! I ordered XS but needed a smaller size.
Daughter's waist is 23 inches, but XS is still too big. Washed and dried - does not shrink. The wrinkles remain. She loves it. To make it work I think she rolls it up and wears it with a hoodie/sweatshirt so it doesn't stand out. I know the buttonhole wasn't a problem and it doesn't look as shiny as some of the review photos which is a plus.
- The waist was bigger than I thought. Besides, it's good stuff.
- Cute skirt but we ordered a medium one for my daughter who normally wears a size 6/8 and is too small.
