Worth every penny compared to cheaper OTC mascaras. I have had eyelash extensions for a few years, my real eyelashes are short. When it comes time for my lash extensions I use this mascara a month later to build up what I have left after the lash extensions have started to fall off due to the lash cycle. I apply one to two coats and can make my short lashes look much longer and definitely thicker. Almost as if I had just put on extensions. This is honestly the best I've found and I'm old and tried a million different mascaras before I switched to extensions. I've always liked dramatic eyes. It's not waterproof, but it does require a cleaner and water to remove. I've used waterproof before but it's so effective I'm sacrificing it for this one. I highly recommend this product. Once my real lashes grow out, I no longer need extensions. It will take its place and be much cheaper.
