This is an amazing backpack that I use as a duffel bag. I love all the subjects it offers. It's easy to organize where I put my laptops, back straps, wrist straps, knee pads, etc. It's spacious! The only thing I don't like is that the front bottom zipper is a bit tangled. But that's no big deal because if you zip it back and forth it will repair itself. Look at the picture! Edit: Because this product received a refund for a broken zipper and great customer service, I've decided to change my rating from 4* to 5*. They make my business by trying to solve my problems.
