When I ordered this camera, the flash did not work, it gave off a very weak light when I held down the flash button and when I clicked on the Shutter button pressed, flash does not appear. Anyway I emailed the manufacturer and was asked to send a video of the defective product and they sent me a brand new one (I didn't have to pay for shipping or the product) and the one they sent me works great with Flash. ! This person was very helpful and patiently helped me and got back to me very efficiently! I'm only giving it four stars because of the issues I had dealing with all those emails.
