Done right Headphones

Headphones don't stay in your ears. The right headphones don't work! To update:. After I posted my dissatisfaction with the headphones, the company got back to me and wanted to know how to fix it. They sent me a new pair to try and also gave me a refund on credit. The customer service definitely can't be beat. Can't wait to try the new buds.
