Shipped as promised by the supplier. I ordered a size 11-12 for my 5 year old great granddaughter and it fits her perfectly, but I ordered a size up because she is a large 5. I would say it fits true to size. The material is very soft, the dress is nicely lined. We love it! I will order more. We live in Hawaii so this is the perfect dress all year round.
