Review on 📺 Ematic Full Motion Articulating Wall Mount Kit for TVs ranging from 17 to 55 inches, includes a 6-Foot HDMI Cable by Matt Spencer

Installed the wall mount according to the instructions after watching the video. Everything went as advertised, but when I installed my 40-inch Vizio LCD TV, it sagged to the bare minimum - there was no way to get the screen closer to vertical at a different angle. I contacted Ematic via email and was told "We strongly recommend that this item be installed/configured by a licensing professional". That's not at all what I understood when I bought the mount, nor what the installation guide says. This certainly changes the actual cost. Connections. I suspect this article is in error, but Ematic seems to expect a "licensed professional" to make that determination. I am not satisfied. I had more friction to keep the screen at different angles like it should. Is it just a bug in this article or a design issue? . Is your only answer to performance issues that you need to call in a licensed technician to diagnose the problem? I'll probably return this one and try something similar or try a different one to see if it was a one off issue.
