If a DJI FPV drone is your first FPV flight, you can effortlessly control the drone with this joystick. If you are an experienced pilot, better skip it. The stick only allows the drone to turn, fly forward or up/down as opposed to the full control offered by a joystick controller. This means that when flying in FPV mode you are always moving in the direction your camera is pointing. You're less likely to come across something you can't see. I personally liked it and had no problems with the controls. I liked how in FPV mode I could see a crosshair on the screen to help me navigate to where I was flying. There was also a box that showed the orientation of the stick, which helped make sure I was flying straight. The stick worked so well that I felt confident handing control over to my daughter for a few minutes. Finally, I was pleased that you can fly the drone directly without the supplied FPV goggles.
