I received my device very quickly. The curl pattern is beautiful and the hair is very soft. I was able to install the device very quickly and easily. I ordered 18ft which I thought would be longer but the curl pattern makes the hair look shorter; So if you want long, get 22 feet or more. I have hair type 3c and it was very easy to blend into my hair. The unit can be worn in a bun or in a ponytail and looks great. The hair does not fall out more than with my normal hair. Follow the instructions that came with the service device. I just want the device to come in a satin pouch when not in use. and the rest - I like it! I get a lot of compliments 💙
