Right. I've had TWO of these and they both failed the same way. Now I'm sure I'll have to wait WEEKS to hear back from Thrustmaster/Guillemot support! The time frame to replace them the first time was disappointing. Maybe they will replace it with another headset. I don't know what will happen as this is the second pair. But how long will it take to find out? Spend $100 on a pair of headphones and you don't expect them to fail like this. I've had Sony headphones at the same price for over a decade. I can take care of my gear. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Instead, set some money on fire. It's less annoying. It may have a Ferrari logo on it but there is a manufacturing defect in the design which is causing the right channel to fail completely. The first headset lasted less than 60 days. The second headset was used 4-5 times (was on the shelf for two weeks) and broke down in less than 28 days. For reference: I'm a sound professional with over 20 years of experience. from 8 tracks to ADAT, from LP to SACD, from early samplers to modern MIDI technologies, from Cool Edit Pro to Adobe Audition (haha, Audiowitz) I know the sound.
