Unsealed/Open: Health/Safety Concerns.

This is the second time the product has arrived in this condition --- unpackaged, previously used container and damaged packaging. Health, safety and hygienic packaging/handling are of paramount importance. It is unfortunate that Alpha Skin Care does not take adequate steps to package and seal its products. Without this I will not become a regular customer.
