This kit was originally used on a 2019 Ford Ranger. With reflector body. No projector style like the lariat finish. I originally bought a pair of 2019 version lamps due to a sale at Revain. Got a low beam kit (H11) and a high beam kit (9005). When I received the low beam kit I installed it according to the instructions which was easier. However, the light was only diffused and I never had a main beam of light. I checked the case and due to the width of the board the LEDs on it cast a shadow on both 12 and 6, not covering a good focus. Everything was lit, but everything was dark. So I thought I saw the latest new lights they have. Version 2020 with LED lamp. I figured that since the LED is now sticking out of the motherboard we can get full coverage. I decided to order a pair. Wow these things are bright and they have such good focus, better than the factory ones. pure white. Not blue at all. I turned the light down a bit so as not to upset anyone and everything was fine. do yourself a favor Don't mess with the old ones, just buy these ultras. Because when they have a new design, they can completely cover the body in reflector style. The other version works well in projector cases and I was able to reuse those that didn't suit me for my sister-in-law who has a Camry 09.
