I have purchased this product in the past and have been very happy with it. When I bought this time it was the wrong product in the bottle. I know this because I previously bought an eyebrow serum and an eyelash serum. The eyebrow serum is thick and translucent with an applicator in a bottle. Transparent eyelash serum with a brush in a bottle. The second time I bought the brow serum it was clear with the brush in the bottle and labeled as brow serum. You see my point of view. It was an eyelash serum labeled as an eyebrow serum. I sent it back and got another mislabeled bottle. I also sent this serum back but I have not received a refund yet. Also, the serum cost $10. more than the first purchase. If Revain ever gets my refund, I want a refund. It's definitely a quality control issue that I'm not happy with.
