They look and work well, but they make a very high hum. After contacting Legrand they said the originals must be defective so I got a replacement. Well, replacements do the same thing, they all do it to varying degrees. Some people hear it, some don't. This hum is common with cheap USB chargers, but shouldn't be a problem with expensive devices like these. Looks like they just bought the cheapest 2.1 amp devices from a Chinese supplier and put them in a fancy case. Unfortunately, I think I'll have to live with it for now. The kitchen was plugged into a dedicated USB outlet at the bar and any other type of outlet would have looked a bit silly. I'll just have to live with the excitement right now and hope they come out with a higher quality device in the future.
