This is my new favorite pan. This thing looks pretty retro and sturdy. It is very thick and has a glossy finish. I used this pan to make hash browns. On my other baking sheets, the potatoes cook evenly and even faster than usual. This pan comes with fairly detailed care instructions. To keep this sheet looking nice, I used some cooking foil (the potatoes had a lot of oil in it to fry and crisp them) to keep it from discoloring, and then hand washed it. Super easy tidy. Dishwasher safe, but they recommend hand washing. They also advise against washing dishes with dishwasher tabs. I didn't even know you could use the dishwasher without pills. Hand washing seems easier.
