Support could be better

I'm new to microcontrollers. I found this kit to be fun and fairly easy to use. I'm currently using it to control the oven temperature, but I've found it a little difficult to use the holder and add additional sensors that aren't grove sensors. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for the technical support. You are expected to find answers to your questions on their forums, which seem poorly monitored by the Arduino support staff.

Pros

The device can be powered directly by a USB cable from a computer or by a 18650 3.7V Li-ion battery (battery not included).

Cons

makes me angry
