Good filter but old stock
Once again someone is dumping very old stock. The K&N was fine but dirty and full of dust (it was blown off by the bearing air). The box was very shabby and the end was sealed with tape and the tape was all yellow. The filter was probably made ten years ago, but damn it's an oil filter. I love K&N filters, but this one looks like someone bought back and "liquidated" old stock in a sick company. jeeze.UPDATE: November 19th. Just received two more and they looked fresh. My old Ford Ranger had 41,000 miles when I used it 20 years ago. Mileage now 280k. K&N is constantly filtering.
