I've had dark hair all my life but sparse eyebrows, I've tried different pencils, pens and powders. I think every brown I've tried has been too red for my hair, many products have created the wrong look and most of them smudge so easily! So I gave up makeup for a while. This product works great! I use smaller strokes to fill in my brows and the design of this pencil makes it easy not to sharpen the edges and vary the coverage, just like real hair. I am very happy with the natural look! I definitely agree with other reviewers who recommended "dark grey" for dark brown hair! It's a really dark desaturated brown and it goes really well with my hair. Final test: it lasted all day and in the rain and looks the same at the end of the day as after I put it on this morning! I'm so glad I found this product!
