Don't worry about tie racks
The hook that attaches the unit to the rod in my closet will not attach to the rest of the unit. They actually arrived as two separate pieces in the box Amazon shipped this item to me in. I can't reattach the hook to the rest of the device. The hook has a ball joint at the end to allow the rest of the device to rotate, but the hole for the ball joint is too big and the hook doesn't stay connected to the rest of the device. This item is useless if I can't hang it on a rod in my closet. I hope it was just a defective product and not a standard.
