Give him a chance! for Sports Nutrition

I never write reviews but after my skepticism when it came to reviews and choosing this product I decided to write my own to help others. Firstly, when you look at this product, nothing pops up to tell you that this pre-workout will be off the charts in terms of its effects. It's pretty much your typical pre that has solid dosages when it comes to ingredients, but the exception in this case that sets Kill It apart from the competition is the creatine blend - definitely a solid supplement. However, I wasn't expecting much. I've been through an obscene amount of pre-workouts ranging from Pre-Jym, C4, MTS Clash, BPI, BSL Dust Extreme etc. to Jack3d and Mr. Hyde, so I thought (especially since Rich was new to the supplement industry ) that this would be some kind of gimmick. However, after drinking one scoop, I was ready to finish my workout within 15-20 minutes. Effects: 9/10 - The energy wasn't EXPLOSIVE, but it was very clean and gave me extra motivation to do the next thing. the hour really counts. The pump ripped skin, muscular endurance was on a different level, and the focus it delivered was pretty solid. In general, it seemed to me that I could train for hours and did not want to leave the gym. Flavor: 10/10 - It's no secret that Rich doesn't mess around with flavors. It has no unpleasant aftertaste and is a product to really look forward to. Cost Effective: 9/10 - I have a high tolerance to stimulants and caffeine in general and have yet to find the need for more than a scoop. However, the bath should last a whole month. The ONLY reason I gave this product 4/5 is because I usually nap if I ingest more than 250mg of caffeine (= 1 serving Kill it). 'Cause I'm breaking so hard and so fast If I consistently take one scoop of that amount of caffeine, I think I'll develop a tolerance pretty quickly. Ideally (for me at least) the caffeine dosage should be reduced to around 180mg and the other ingredients brought up to or above clinical dosages. me with excellent results. I took a gamble and agreed with Rich when in doubt, and I'm very glad I did. I plan to buy more products from him in the near future.
