I only put three because I thought the mouse was extremely cute, so obviously I need even fewer. The quality has suffered a significant decline. My old Logtech mouse, the G400s and the MX310, both served me for five years, and by that point, the legs and buttons were worn down. When I got to this point after a half a year, I stopped normally rewinding the wheel. The firmware helped for another half a year, but then things got even worse. One might get the impression that this is a flawed copy of some kind. But, I purchased all three of these mice. And on the second one, after a couple of weeks, the first symptoms of the wheel disease appeared. When I move the mouse quickly, the scroll starts to work, and it switches weapons when I'm playing video games. Everything seems to be working properly with the third mouse so far, but I only use it at work and I don't use it too often. The duration of the guarantee has also been cut in half, going from three to two years. Additionally, the warranty itself was rendered null and void. It is not difficult for me to take it to the store, and if there wasn't such a need, I wouldn't even bother writing to support or messing around with UPS or couriers. In general, it is not difficult for me to take it to the store. Nevertheless, the shop that was open when I got this mouse is no longer in business. As a consequence of this, after receiving words of encouragement that we are unable to assist in any way, and that the mouse can be changed quickly and easily at the store, I traveled halfway across the city to the branch that was still operating because all of the branches that were close to the house were closed. As a consequence of this, the only thing that remained of the mouse in my mind was a secure receipt from a closed store. So here I am, waiting around for a "simple and quick" replacement for a whole month. Because I don't see any further benefits (I used to think of it as a guarantee), I highly doubt that I will purchase their future generation of mice because of the relatively high cost and decreased quality of their products.
