I love all aspects about it but most importantly its ability as an application which has been used by both private sector clients also public organisations like PTA's etc., It helps me when dealing or managing contracts/agreements internally within my organization & externally too! Sometimes there might arise some issues while using this software such us:- 1) sometimes slow performance2), need more features3). Overall i would say everything seems good except few minor niggles4.). But overall nothing major so far!! If you want something very easy useable tool than go ahead otherwise just pick up alternatives available out here5.) Make sure u have enough resources at ur disposal6)/7); Also ensure if they're proficiently trained well versed professionals who know exactly what their doing.- Managing agreements /contracts effectively8./9.; Ensuring proper documentation10.), Keeping track11/)12..etc13.): Making sense from scattered information14.: Proper record keeping15:/16): I like the ease of use and the fact that it has a lot of features. It's easy to navigate. You can also easily create new templates and add them to your library. The support team is great too. They have been very helpful and quick to respond when I needed assistance. Nothing really, this program works just as well as other programs out there. If you're looking for an easy to use program this is the one. We used it to negotiate contracts with our clients.
