This would be a 5 star product if the price was $125-150. It's way overpriced for what you get, over $200. It is a lightweight laminated pressed fiberboard. Definitely NO type of hardwood anywhere on this product. The door looks like it has the texture of wood, but it is as smooth as glass. The appearance of the wood structure is very artificial and is a laminate glued to a pressed wooden door. The back is not unique. Instead, it consists of 4 separate thin plates that open into the laid channels. To keep the thin plates from slipping out of the small channels, you need to screw in the small clips on the back. As long as you don't overcrowd the closet and push the back, I think this won't be a problem. Overall I like the look of the cabinet, but it screams WalMart Flatpack (a cut below Target or Ikea). It definitely looks better online than live. On the positive side, the legs are metal (not plastic) and the door handles are good quality (not plastic). It is spacious inside but the internal shelves are NOT adjustable. Each door has magnets inside to keep them closed. Installation went smoothly and without incident. It took me an hour and fifty minutes from start to finish. It took the last 10 minutes or so to adjust the doors so they wouldn't rub. Adjustment is simple enough to loosen the hinge screws and slide the door to one side or the other before re-tightening the screws. I plan to use this to store art supply baskets in my studio. I wouldn't fill it with anything heavy or put a heavy TV on it. I think this cabinet is suitable for light purposes. I plan to swap out the handles and paint the legs to give the cabinet an aesthetic look. The time will tell. I haven't decided yet whether I would recommend it to a friend or not. I'm good with what I got but still a bit disappointed.
