Part of Bungie needs to be migrated
This would work much better if the bungee was farther from the end loop. I attached the bungee to a 1" x 2" handcart side rail with about half of the bungee wrapped around the support and unusable for stretching. It seemed well done. I sent it back as it didn't work in my situation.
