We have used this to store/dispense BBQ sauce, sour cream, salsa, hot sauce etc at our concession stand. This has greatly accelerated the preparation time compared to the spoon. It also made it possible to have a few ready if/when we go out. To make a chunky salsa, we took out the rubber tip of the valve and let it flow freely. Not perfect, but still better than previous methods.
