Okay yes the flavor could be better I agree but it's not the worst and wears off pretty quickly. Now for the good stuff — let's just say I didn't follow the "take out retainers if drinking anything other than water" rule too closely, and definitely sneaked iced coffee, Pepsi, and beer because I did . I don't want to take them off. My clear aligners turned yellow even though I cleaned them every time I took them off. Since I first soaked them in this remedy, they have returned to their original pure glory! Of course, I soaked them for the entire 12 minutes. I used it on my aligners before snapping them in twice a day to whiten and soaking them in once a day to clean. I find that my aligners are discolored and I don't need to clean them (which I still do). How bleach works slowly. I don't feel any discomfort or tooth sensitivity from this solution, I'm just happy to have clear, clean aligners! Will definitely buy again and recommend!
