This is the first time I've used a snap instead of a button. There are several things that will help with this. Hammer, ice pick (for leveling through multiple layers), and a tool for removing misaligned knobs. My experience was about one unsuccessful install and rework for each button. Once installed the latches appear to work well, time will tell. Pliers have very little tactile feedback. You hold on and hope for the best. The hammer variant has a slight creak. A well-aimed straight hit of the hammer weight seems to work. Use an ice pick to balance the outside and inside prizes. A better explanation of type a and type b would be helpful. The inclusion of an ice ax alignment tool and an erase tool would be great.
