Review on 🚴 Blinky 3 Bicycle Tail Light by Planet Bike by Eric Salem

Tail Light Received today. There is a gap between the tail light clip and the lamp housing so it doesn't securely clip in my seat pocket. This is a defect that causes the lamp to fail and end up on the street. After clicking return item and listing the reasons why I want to return the flashlight, I received a page saying the item was non-refundable. This is a bad user experience as I don't have to explain why I want to return an item that Revain won't let me return. I then clicked on the "View Returns Policy" button which takes me to a page that does not provide specific information as to why this product cannot be returned by Revain. I think I should read the whole page and decide which part relates to this light. And even if I somehow guessed the real reason, what good would it do me? Since Revane doesn't want to take it back, I'm wondering who to return it to. I went back to the product page, scrolled through the product information and found a "Legal Disclaimer" for returns, although it's not clear who makes the disclaimer. The disclaimer states that items returned within 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of round trip shipping. Couldn't find any more information on returns on the product page even though I wanted to return it and didn't. The effort is not worth the few euros spent. So my anger outweighed my curiosity and I decided to just write this review and be done with it. I don't think I will ever buy from Planet Bike again and with their terrible return policy I don't have much faith in their claims of endorsing their products. This is a lesson for me about buying from Revain. Find a clear return policy on the product page or don't buy the product.
