I bought this to replace the wonderful high quality mouse rug I have had for over a decade. This one was perfect from the moment I bought it. This foul-smelling pillow has been lying on my porch for a month in hopes the toxic gas emissions will slow down. I've brought it in now, and in the short time I've had it here, my home office smelled like a giant truck tire. I am very surprised and disappointed that this has not been mentioned by anyone in all the reviews I have read. I'm writing this for the few people who are still not ready to surround themselves with degassing toxic chemicals.
