I take it occasionally when I really need a good energy boost. Talk to your doctor first because personally I can't take this every day and feel healthy. The energy feels good and lasts a long time. I definitely feel more focused. When I ordered it the first time, I was disappointed because the packaging failed, but the second time, the packaging arrived intact, so keep that in mind. This can lead to confusion when the packaging is opened in the carton.
