I swear to you I've been doing this since I bought my first one for my iPad Air. I later bought another one for my wife's iPad Air. Then I bought one for my 9.7 Pro. Then my 12.9 Pro. And finally my 10.5 Pro. Eventually they will wear out, but that takes time. The last one I bought for my 9.7 lasted almost 2 years and is still in use today. The auto sleep mode works great on any model, but you need to be specific when looking for the right model to order. There is a pen holder in every model I bought, but I don't have an apple pen. I read reviews of the 10.5 case with difficulty accessing the volume and power buttons. This is not the case with this consumer. Perfect fit for this model. I just ordered a second one. I like to always have a spare on hand in case the one I use gets damaged or becomes dirty beyond repair. In addition, these cases are quite impact resistant. Honestly, I mean I've dropped my iPads many times and when they've landed flat or on end they rarely sustain any visible or functional damage. However, when I was unlucky and ended up in an open corner, the iPad inevitably rang. But luckily none of my iPads had anything but a faint ping, and none of them were the fault of their FYY cases.
