I usually wear L/XL for tops (38D) and size 12/14 for trousers. I ordered XL. I really wanted to love it. But the top was too big. In the sea I would lose my right breast completely. The floor was a little cozy. but they fit. I ended up going back and decided not to go down to a smaller size. I didn't want the bottoms to be smaller. If I could buy them separately this would be the perfect suit. :(
