The costumer support from this hoster was excellent! They are very accomodating whenever you need help or want to just chat about your problems/issues that arise regarding their product(s).

I have been able topay them but they're not cheap so it's best if there isn't an option like "pay later". We use AWS EC2 instances heavily which can consume quite high amountsof resources at times; hence we needed something reliable since these servers could run 24x7 without any issues in our case (and yes - no downtime whatsoever!). This has solved my problem perfectly since now all Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud based solutions will be hosted by us here via another provider where everything seems much better managed / monitored even when using several VPS'es within one account.
